I hope you had a wonderful Christmas and weekend, Readers! It certainly was an abnormal Christmas, but I still made memories that I will cherish forever, and I hope you did, too. From a virtual Secret Santa party with friends from college to a socially-distanced Christmas Eve service to relaxing on my own birthday, it's been a full and meaningful season to me, regardless of the craziness.
Mailbox Monday is the gathering place for readers to share the books that came in their mailbox during the last week. Warning: Mailbox Monday can lead to envy, toppling TBR piles and humongous wish lists. Honestly, I don't understand why this "holiday" is such a big deal...but I digress. That discussion is for another post. I'm excited for this week because 1) the high temperatures are supposed... Hello again, dear Readers! This week started bright and hot here; I can hardly wait for the official start of fall next week. My weekend consisted of watching my nephew's soccer game, vacuuming my car, and relaxing - all in all, it was very enjoyable! Last Monday I participated in Mailbox Monday for the first...
