First Line Friday // January 1, 2021 Featuring My Most Read Author of 2020

Happy New Year, Readers! If you celebrated or are celebrating today, I hope you have a wonderful and safe time! I'm starting the year out with a double linkup post: today I am linking up with Hoarding Books for First Line Friday and with Elza Kinde for the #NewYearsReads2021 linkup. This challenge has different photo prompts and questions to answer each day. I don't think I will answer all of them, but I plan to work in a few.

Wrapping Up November 2020 + Goal Setting for December 2020

Much as I enjoy pumpkin spice season, I can't say I'm sad that November is over. Here's a look at my month in books.

Spell the Month in Books // November 2020 + Update!

Some months I try to use a certain genre, cover color, or type of book. Since this month has the daunting letter V, I'm just going to go the classic route and use books I have read and enjoyed.

Good Monday morning, Readers! October is flying by for me; how is it going for you? I'm halfway through my classes for this semester. They're going pretty well; the weekly readings and assignments are easy and usually interesting, though the larger projects are definitely challenging. It's enjoyable to see how what I am learning in class maps onto my current job in the library, and to learn more of the pieces for how everything works together.

5 New Releases I’m Looking Forward to This Season

Usually, I'm not the kind of person who cares much about new releases. They're fun, sure, but time-proven classics tend to grab my attention more than brand new books. However, while drafting my monthly TBR list for November, I realized that there are a few books releasing soon which I am very excited about, and... Continue Reading →

What I Hope to Read & Achieve in August 2020 (TBR List & Goals)

Hey there Readers! Are you a list-maker like me? Do things make more sense when they're laid out in an orderly manner? If so, when do you make your lists? Personally, I like to make one list of goals for the month during the first week of the month, and then I have one other... Continue Reading →

Wrapping Up: July 2020

July is officially over, and I hope that the extreme Summer heat will soon follow suit. I know we probably still have another month of 90 and 100° heat, but I am dreaming of the coming days when I will be able to comfortably eat lunch in my car with the windows down, and drive...
