Tackling the TBR #30

It has become apparent that my TBR (to be read) list has gotten nearly out of hand. Therefore, I have decided to do a post featuring ten books from it approximately every other week. As I go through the list, I will evaluate each book and decide whether or not it still belongs. Who knows, perhaps as my list (hopefully) shrinks, you will find a few books to add to your own!

Book Review: Fanny’s Hope Chest by Sarah Holman

Good morning, Readers! Today's book review covers a book that I read a few weeks ago, and which I have sat with the contents of ever since. It's one of those right-time books; it won't be for everyone or be a perfect fit for someone in every stage of their life, but for me and this summer, it's just right.

6 Degrees of Separation: From Hollywood to Southern France

Today's post participates in #6DegreesofSeparation hosted by Kate at booksaremyfavouriteandbest. The gist is that everyone starts with the same book, then finds another book that relates to it somehow, then one that relates to the second, until you’ve got a chain of six additional books. It’s a twist on the theory that every person on earth can somehow be connected to any other person in six or fewer steps, and provides an opportunity to talk about random books we love (or don’t).

New Release Spotlight: At Her Fingertips by Kellyn Roth

This is a special edition Saturday post celebrating the release of Kellyn Roth's latest book, At Her Fingertips! As a side note, I am not part of the official blog tour/release team - just supporting an indie author and sharing about a book I'm excited for!

First Line Friday Featuring: When Twilight Breaks by Sarah Sundin

First Line Friday is a weekly linkup hosted at Hoarding Books. To participate, share the first line of a book of your choice, add the link to the linkup on the host’s page, and check out what others are reading and sharing!

Tackling the TBR #25

The amount of books on my TBR (to be read) list has gotten nearly out of hand. To address this, I write a post featuring ten books from it approximately once a week. As I go through the list, I will evaluate each book and decide whether or not it still belongs. Perhaps as my list (hopefully) shrinks, you will find a few books to add to your own!
