Merry Christmas from Reviews From the Stacks

For this final day of the 12 Days of Christmas 2021, please enjoy this collection of a few of my favorite YouTube links from this season.

5+1 Favorite Christmas Books

Today's post was originally supposed to be a collection of mini reviews of Christmas books I've read. However, I'm running short on time today (and honestly didn't end up completing as many Christmas books as I originally hoped), so instead of reviewing I'm just going to feature 5 favorite Christmas-themed books I have read in the past and 1 current Christmassy read that I am pretty sure will become a new favorite. These are all books I highly recommend and would give a 4 or 5 star review.

A Christmas Road Trip Playlist

12 Days of Christmas 2021 Day 10! Although I already talked about Christmas hymns last Sunday, today's post is about Christmas music for road tripping. Whether you're crossing several states or just going across town, the right music can make your trip festive and fun.

A Few of My Favorite Hallmark Christmas Movies

Day 9 of 12 Days of Christmas 2021! Last year I made a post talking about my Top 5 Christmas Movies, so this year I'm tackling the same topic from a slightly different angle. This time I am specifically sharing my favorite Hallmark Christmas movies.

Favorite Advent & Christmas Hymns – 12 Days of Christmas 2021 Day 6

Day 6 is a day late, but Sundays are for more important things than blogging. In this catch-up post I want to share three of my favorite hymns to sing during Advent and three for Christmas itself.

Library Loot // Spoiler Alert: It’s Christmas

What do I have checked out from the library, now that the school semester is over? Hint: it's almost entirely Christmas materials!

Let’s Talk About Advent Calendars – 12 Days of Christmas 2021 Day 3

You probably do not need a special calendar to remind you when December 25 is, but we all could use a daily reminder to focus on why we are celebrating this day and in this season. Today's post is a bit of a vent, although it does have a substantial point, so if that doesn't sound appropriately holly and jolly to you for a Christmas post, feel free to duck out now.

WWW Wednesday // Christmas Edition 2021

WWW Wednesday is a weekly meme currently hosted by Sam at Taking on a World of Words. The three W’s stand for the following questions: What are you currently reading? What did you recently finish reading? What do you think you’ll read next? To participate, make a post or comment answering the three questions, link up to the host (Sam)’s post, and check out what others are reading and talking about! I typically participate once a month, approximately in the middle of the month, as a halfway check-in on my monthly reading goals.

12 Days of Christmas 2021 Day 1: Kickoff & Favorite Early Blogmas Posts

The fall 2021 semester is over, and there are 12 days until Christmas! Today, I'm kicking things off with a nod to the brave bloggers who are taking on an entire month of daily Christmas posting in the form of Blogmas. There have already been so many fun and festive posts! A few of my favorites are highlighted below.
