WWW Wednesday 22.8

WWW Wednesday is a weekly meme currently hosted by Sam at Taking on a World of Words. The three W’s stand for the following questions: What are you currently reading? What did you recently finish reading? What do you think you’ll read next? To participate, make a post or comment answering the three questions, link up to the host (Sam)’s post, and check out what others are reading and talking about! I typically participate once a month, approximately in the middle of the month, as a halfway check-in on my monthly reading goals.

What Am I Currently Reading?

📚 Clara’s Kitchen by Clara & Christopher Cannucciari – Nonfiction, Memoir

📚 Joyful Sorrow by Julie Busler – Nonfiction

What Did I Recently Finish Reading?

A lot of picture books for storytimes, mostly! I did also finish Once I Knew by Victoria Lynn since I last participated in a WWW linkup. You can read my review of that five-star book here.

What Might I Read Next?

📚 Kiera by Kate Willis YA Dystopian Fiction (Christian perspective) – I know, I’ve been saying I am going to read this book all summer, and so far I have not! I still really want to though. Maybe this will be the month?

📚 Crescendo by Allen Chenney Nonfiction – Another from my 10 Books of Summer list that I did not get to.

📚 The Extraordinary Deaths of Mrs. Kip by Sara Brunsvold Contemporary Christian Fiction – An author/blogger who I respect recently wrote about how much she loved this book, so I immediately checked to see if my library has a copy. All of the copies in the system are currently checked out (another sign it will be a good book), so I am on the waiting list.

What books are you reading and thinking about this week?

Until the next chapter,
