WWW Wednesday 22.6

WWW Wednesday is a weekly meme currently hosted by Sam at Taking on a World of Words. The three W’s stand for the following questions: What are you currently reading? What did you recently finish reading? What do you think you’ll read next? To participate, make a post or comment answering the three questions, link up to the host (Sam)’s post, and check out what others are reading and talking about! I typically participate once a month, approximately in the middle of the month, as a halfway check-in on my monthly reading goals.

What Am I Currently Reading?

image-13📚 Youngbloods (Impostors #4) by Scott Westerfeld Young Adult Dystopian/Science Fiction

📚 You Are Not Your Own by Alan Noble Christian Nonfiction

Technically I also still have The Reason for My Hope by Billy Graham and The Wrong Jesus by Greg Monette on my Currently Reading shelf, but I have not made much progress on either recently.

What Did I Recently Finish Reading?

📚 Muscle and a Shovel by Michael Shanks Narrative Nonfiction/Autobiography ⭐⭐⭐ plus a hefty dose of mixed emotions. Will be revisiting this one at some point.

📚 When The World Didn’t End by Caroline Kaufman Poetry ⭐⭐⭐

What Might I Read Next?

The Other Alcott📚 The Other Alcott by Elise Hooper Historical Fiction

📚 Little Men by Louisa May Alcott Classic Fiction

📚 Marilla of Green Gables by Sarah McCoy Historical Fiction

Somehow we are already halfway through June, and I am not doing nearly as much reading as I thought I would! I can’t be upset about it though, since my time is being filled with things like spending time with new and old friends, exercising regularly, and trying to make healthier meals. I’ve also started a puzzle on my kitchen table, which is enjoyable on slow evenings but ends up eclipsing some of my blogging time and space.

What books are on your radar this week?

Until the next chapter,
