WWW Wednesday is a weekly meme currently hosted by Sam at Taking on a World of Words. The three W’s stand for the following questions: What are you currently reading? What did you recently finish reading? What do you think you’ll read next? To participate, make a post or comment answering the three questions, link up to the host (Sam)’s post, and check out what others are reading and talking about! I typically participate once a month, approximately in the middle of the month, as a halfway check-in on my monthly reading goals.
What Am I Currently Reading?
I just finished The Personal Librarian by Marie Bennett late last night, so technically nothing at the moment.
What Did I Recently Finish Reading?
📚 The Personal Librarian by Marie Bennett ⭐⭐⭐.5 rounded up on Goodreads
📚 The Angel Tree by Daphne Bendis-Grab ⭐⭐⭐⭐
📚 Once Upon a Wardrobe by Patti Calahan – ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Review here
📚 I’ll Be Home for Christmas Movies by Brandon Gray – ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
What Might I Read Next?
School starts back up today, so I am trying not to check out any more fiction books from the library until I finish The Personal Librarian and figure out whether I will have much time for reading for fun. Instead, I want to make a good start on my required class readings. However, I recently got a copy of The Department of Rare Books and Special Collections from the library (I suggested it as a purchase before it came out, so as soon as our copies were processed, one came to me). There is a waiting list for it so I only have it for a short time and I am really excited about it, so I hope to read it quickly. If I do have extra reading time, I will probably start reading an older book that I already own but haven’t read (or at least haven’t completed), such as Laddie by Gene Stratton Porter or Cimarron by Edna Ferber.
Do you ever take a break from reading at a scheduled time of the year? And, what books are on your radar this week?
Until the next chapter,
Jana
I don’t take a break from reading but I’m planning a break from blog tours in March so I can… read more books!

It’s so cool that you get a priority copy of The Department of Rare Books and Special Collections! I haven’t heard of this book before but it seems intriguing. What made you suggest it?
I did WWW Wednesday for the first time this week, so here’s mine if you’re interested: https://wordsonkey.wordpress.com/2022/01/19/www-wednesday-01-19-2022/
