How do you feel about poetry, Readers? If you’re not a fan, don’t click away yet – this post isn’t ALL about poetry, but it does play a part. Today’s photo prompt in Elza Kinde’s #NewYearsReads2021 challenge is “Book Spine Poetry.” I love seeing favorite book titles used to make something new and fun! I’ve seen this a few times before on Instagram (more specifically, bookstagram), but I have never given it a shot myself. But, I decided this time I would try. I had a blast searching through my shelves for inspiration and the best lines, and I am happy with what I came up with. I ended up making two little “poems,” and I couldn’t decide which I liked better, so I am going to share them both Let me know what you think in the comment section!

Never Say Goodbye (My Review) /Amidst This Fading Light (My Review) / In Between / The Way to Rainy Mountain / The Night is Far Gone (My Review)
O Pioneers! / It’s Not What You Think, On Distant Shores (My Review) / Live Fearlessly / United as One / Dangerous Calling / Through Waters Deep / Prairie Song (My Review), Heartland Skies (My Review) / Never Say Goodbye (My Review)

What do you think? Did I do alright with this challenge? It was fun, but I don’t think I will be doing it again anytime soon!
Have you ever done book spine poetry?
Until the next chapter,
Jana
