Monday Mini 3/18/2019

Hey y’all! I hope everyone had a good weekend.

Today I want to learn a little about my readers (that’s you!), so I have two questions for you. I hope you will answer these in the comments, and then we can discuss them a bit and get to know each other a little better! It will also help me know what I can do/write about to keep this blog interesting and relevant to y’all.

Without further ado, here are my questions:

  1. What is your favorite bookish accessory or something that you always have with you while reading?

  2. What is your favorite type of blog post?

I hope you’ll take a moment to let me know a little about you by commenting! You don’t have to answer both; if you want to discuss just one or the other, that’s fine! Also, if you have any questions that you would like to ask me, feel free to leave that as well! If there are just a few I’ll go ahead and answer them here, or if there are several I will make another post to answer them all at once.

My answers to these questions are:

  1. Coffee and cute bookmarks had a long struggle in my mind for this one. Homemade bookmarks finally won, but coffee is a close second!
  2. I like review posts best! I know some people get tired of them, but they are what initially brought me to blogging and just the most enjoyable for me to both read and write.

I can’t wait to read all of your answers!

Until the next chapter,

Jana

  1. 1. Tea or a La Croix (depends on the weather, if it’s cold then tea.)
    2. I like book reviews, like you that’s what drew me to blogging in the first place. I like talking and reading about books. Although that said, I rarely read anyone’s full review. Usually I skim it if they’re long. I enjoy ones that are “short n’ sweet” so to speak and focus on dissecting one aspect of the book. Anyways, that’s just my preference, I’d be interested to hear how other people respond. Good questions!

      1. A favorite flavor? Do I ever. I like “Cran rasberry” the best. Also, the lime and lemon are really good. It’s not sweet though, so when you try it don’t expect it to have the same level of flavor as a soda. It’s more like tea.
