February Wrap-Up + March Goals!

Hello y’all! Tomorrow is the last day of February, and I’ve got my monthly wrap-up post done a touch early! This month has been packed for me, and I hope yours has been filled with all good things. Let’s see how I did on this month’s goals and reading plan…

February Goals:

Reading Goals:

💕Read at least 4 books: ✔ Yes! I logged 5 books in Goodreads this month, and this time none of them were even picture books! Haha!

💕Choose a series to finish and start the next book in it: ❔ I decided I am going to finish The Chronicles of Narnia this year, but I have not actually started the next book yet. To finish this series I need to read Prince Caspian, The Silver Chair, and The Last Battle. 

💕Read at least 1 nonfiction book: ✔ I completely read Plot Bunny to Novel by Kellyn Roth, plus significant portions of Start With Amen by Beth Guckenberger and 5 Secrets of Story Structure by K. M. Weiland.

Blogging Goals:

💕 Post approximately three times a week: ✔ This month was a mix of weeks with two, three, and four posts, which averages out to approximately three

💕Participate in some sort of blogging challenge, linkup, or tour: ✔ I participated in one edition of First Line Friday and a blog tour for the release of Snowball and the Missing Apple by Amie Woleslagle

💕Post 4 book reviews: ✖ Only three reviews posted this month: Far Away and Further Back by Patrick Burns (⭐⭐⭐), Crown of Beauty (Cliff Walk Courtships #2) by Cecily Wolfe (⭐⭐⭐⭐), and Samuel’s Journey: Choices and Changes by Emma Trusty (⭐⭐⭐)

💕Outline content for March: ✔ Every single detail isn’t nailed down, but I have a thorough outline

Life/Etc Goals/Expectations:

💕Celebrate lots of birthdays (several family members have birthdays this month): ✔ Between the birthdays, Valentine’s Day activities, and a baby dedication, this month was full of celebrations!

💕Plan my next few displays at the library: ✔ I created two displays this month and have my next one (mostly) planned

I’d say February was a really good month! Since I’m getting this post up a few days before the end of the month, I’ll have a separate post in a few days with my March goals. I’m going to try doing that post a bit differently this month, hoping that it will be more convenient and interesting, so when you see it let me know what you think!
